Moon Light 1
2024In this piece, I've unleashed a vibrant burst of energy and emotions through interplays of acrylic and oil. The dynamic splashes and sweeping strokes across the round panel emulate a celestial explosion—reflecting life's beautiful chaos. It's designed to invigorate any space, instilling a sense of awe and dynamic movement, encouraging viewers to embrace the unpredictability and spectrum of experiences life offers.

Moon Light
2018Not a standard shaped painting. Diptych. Two Half round shaped wooden panels, joined with bolts to create a industrial look. The two parts are a contrast of bright colours and an illusion of a luminous glow. A heavily textured upper panel and a light milky lower panel. The painting is inspired by light. Bright sunny days and nights with a luminescent bright full moon that inspire extraordinary bright, playful colour combinations.

Urban Sunset
2022As the sun sets and covers the sky with warm light, projecting a golden glow on the buildings and clouds, an exciting beautiful buzz and mood begins. The hurrying people, some of them on their way home, and others dressed and filling the air with joy, ready for the coming evening in the city that never sleeps.

Feather
2018
I stood in front of this very large canvas after long time waiting for nice and dry weather so I could paint it outside after I realized a long time ago that could not get it into my studio because the staircase is too narrow. Of course it was a very nice day, pleasant to be outside full of light and the freshness of the spring. Because of the size I wanted to keep the colour combination subtle, light and more pastel like. I was more interested in the variety of textures and layers. I had no name in my head just then and then this feather landed on my canvas, on a new freshly painted area. My first reaction was to quickly pull of my gloves which were stuck on my hands…., but then I looked at it from a distance and I thought: Perfect! That is it! I continued working on the large painting FEATHER. It has its name and I couldn't think of any better.

Water 2

Wall 2

Dusty Red

Water 3
2018Water has moving power. It is the physical state of a moving water creating beautiful shapes and transparent layers that amaze me. Here are some warm earthy colours of softened clay. Down to earth, can you smell the wet clay?
